FACILITIES

American-owned and operated in Minster Ohio, Dallas Texas, and Guangzhou, China, with established manufacturing partnerships in China, Mexico, and Canada. Our partners are thoroughly evaluated and are certified to international quality standards ISO and TS 16949. ENGINEERING

The GM staff of accredited engineers will work closely with your staff early in project development, bridging design and build, to get the parts properly manufactured the first time.

PROJECT MANAGERS

Are designated to each individual customer during the quoting process. Once your program launches, our manager will manage and communicate all aspects of your program. During this time, the project managers can meet with your teams so everyone understands the requirements and levels of expectation.

TOOLING

With the latest machinery and production techniques in place, the majority of all tools and dies are produced in-house, which enables us to maintain control over your project lead-time, cost, and quality.

SAMPLES

We provide all of our customers with PPAP documentation with samples, prior to launching production.

DELIVERY

GM maintains responsibility for your product throughout the manufacturing process, including logistics to our facility. The frequency of shipping containers arriving at our warehouse ensures on-time deliveries to our customers. Our pricing to you is complete, F. O. B. Minster, Ohio.

SECURITY

GM has confidentiality contracts with all of our suppliers and customers, to ensure your products patents and newly designed components are protected from fraudulent outside companies. Our new warehouse boasts of a state-of-the-art security system, including: cameras, keypads, motion detectors and 24-hour surveillance to protect your parts and confidential information.
